There is a parking lot with more than 100 parking spaces within 3 minutes walking distance on Weststrasse. Parking spaces are charged at a renting fee of CHF 95 per month (for non-residential occupants the fee is CHF 105 per month).

On each floor the shared bathroom area is equipped with 4 toilets, 3 shower cubicles and 2 bath tubs.

Each shared kitchen houses an oven, a microwave, and ceramic hob as well as a dining area furnished with tables and chairs.

There is a rooftop terrace with barbecue facilities on the 12th floor for tenants to use at their leisure and from where there is a fantastic and unique view over Lake Zug.
