Can I receive mail whilst living at the Hochhaus Landhausstrasse?
Yes, every tenant has his/her own letter box.
Is Wifi available at the Hochhaus Landhausstrasse?
Yes, Wifi is available in the entire building and included in the renting fee.
Are there any house rules?
Yes there are. You can open, download or print the house rules here.
With which authorities do I have to register?
As a non-resident you need a permit. You can apply for it at the migration office in Zug. If you already have a permit, you need to register at the resident's registration office in Baar.
Can I do laundry at the H21 Hochhaus Landhausstrasse?
Yes. There are 4 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, 1 drying room and 4 ironing boards available.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
We provide and wash the bed linen, but not towels.
Do I have to clean my own room/apartment?
The tenancy agreement includes the cleaning of all common and shared areas. You are responsible to keep your room clean and to an acceptable tenable standard. We provide vacuum cleaners and floor mops – or for a small fee you can make use of our cleaning service.
Can I smoke inside the H21 Hochhaus Landhausstrasse?
No. We operate a strict non-smoking policy in the entire building. There is a smoking area on the rooftop terrace.
How can I reach the H21 Hochhaus Landhausstrasse by car or by public transport?
We are only 2 minutes away from the motorway A4 at the exit of Baar. The train station Baar with direct services to Zug, Zurich and Lucerne can be reached within a walking distance of 5 minutes. A public bus stop is located in immediate proximity.
What do I do when I loose my key?
During H21 office hours: We will provide you with a spare key at the cost of CHF 150.-
Outside of H21 office hours: Please reach out to an official locksmith and notify us via e-mail. The costs of the service have to be clarified and paid by yourself. Usually the charges are around CHF 600.-. Contact to locksmith Fischer Sicherheitstechnik AG in Zug..
