Renovation work H21

As already informed, the Foundation Pflegezentrum Baar is planning a total renovation for our building Landhausstrasse 21 (H21).

As the building permit for the complete renovation of H21 is still pending, some patience is necessary until the renovation of the building can begin. Strong service orientation towards our tenants is our top priority. For this reason, the owners have decided to renew all tenancy agreements for an indefinite period until further notice.

All tenants with a fixed-term tenancy agreement can have it extended at H21. Our reception team will be happy to assist you with these and any other concerns regarding the refurbishment. Please note our opening hours or contact us by e-mail.
