Update on the total renovation

The planned total renovation of the Landhausstrasse high-rise building (H21 for short) is well on its way. After a delay, the Baar Care Centre Foundation now expects a building permit to be issued soon. The renovation work will be carried out in two construction stages. The first construction phase is expected to begin in April 2024.
A strong service orientation towards our tenants is our top priority. For this reason, the owners have decided to extend temporary tenancy agreements until the start of construction and to conclude new tenancy agreements when vacant rooms or flats become available.
